1 Cut a 3-inch piece about ribbon. Reduce each end at a 45 degree angle.

2 Lay down the ribbon horizontally on a flat work area. Handle the ribbon in place in pressing down on the center in a finger.

3 Fold one side down and across. Fold the other side down and across with the opposite course around the initial side. Hold the ribbon on location at the cross-over position.

4 Pin the ribbon at the point where each side crosses throughout the other.

5 Sew a few stitches at the pinned cross-throughout level. Generate neat and uniform stitches, seeing that they will be visible.

6 Position a pin back on the back of the ribbon. Sew the pin again to the ribbon in the back of the cross over.

Add beads plus uncoverings to the pin for a a lot more creative pattern. Embroidering any name or pattern on the ribbon or using a patterned ribbon will additionally add personality to your pink ribbon pin. If you're using extensive ribbon, increase the length of the ribbon to 5 or 6 inches. .
